Euclid Hope Task Force Community Engagement

The Euclid HOPE Task Force is a grassroots community effort whose mission is to build a safer community through city-wide collaboration. Clifford Consulting was engaged by the HOPE Task Force and the Community Innovation Network (CIN) at Case Western Reserve University to provide an external evaluation of their year-long community engagement and planning process.

This process had four stages:

• Listening sessions (September - December 2024)

• Learning: Youth and expert panels (January - April 2025)

• Visioning session (May - June 2025)

• Implementation: Strategic priorities and action planning (July - October 2025)

This evaluation report compiles the mid-term reports from each of these phases. Reviewing these reports, there are some high-level findings presented in this executive summary. They include insights regarding attendance, age and inclusion, community ties/collective efficacy, and motivation to act. Click here to read the full report.
